John Toomey moved to North Carolina from the Albany/Saratoga area of upstate New York and has lived in Tryon since 1999. John earned a degree in Information Technology at Albany Business College.   His work experience includes information technology and over 28 years in the direct marketing industry, working with direct mail, print and online media.  Outside interests include volunteering for local nonprofit organizations as well as golfing, fly fishing and taking care of their rescued animals - three cats and a dog.
